Deliver was smooth and I was kept updated via Whatsapp. This time round, deliver was done earlier than expected due to CNY eve. However, hopefully new sets of mahjong tiles to be replaced coz the current ones are old, yellowish and discoloration. Overall, we enjoyed the product.
SGGood service, but opportunity to improve on attention to detail
The delivery and pick up of the items were done superbly. Upon receiving the items (Fold out table, Mahjong set, dice, poker chips) there were found to be in "well used" condition which is understandable. The dice however was unusable had been chipped and cracked. When I messaged the team they acknowledged this and mentioned that they would replace when I returned the set. They also noted that the items were sanitized beforehand. Overall a good level of service - would have been great if they had checked all the items before hiring it out to new customers though. The product was good (even if well used). Would have been great if the poker chips was not a random collection of strange colored tokens but actually had a system or was a bit more organised.

Rented the mahjong set as my friends wanted to play. What I like about the service is not having to worry about delivery since I do not drive or own a car. The entire set was delivered to my house and collected after use. Suitable for families who play mahjong occasionally and do not have space to store the mahjong set. HappyK was prompt in responding to my enquiries too. Highly recommended!
